I am attempting to make my first birthday cake ever and so far so good. I've made the cake, the custard filling and the ganache. Oh I made marshmallow fondant too. Google and you tube proved to be really helpful in this mini project. As well as my hubby who mightily mixed and kneaded our practice fondant haha:) Sana masarap, sana maganda, sana Nix likes it.
